Is the Blueberry Hydrogel Mask for all skin types?
Yes, we formulate our products in a lab where they are tested for bacteria, microbes, PH and other growth. Each ingredient is carefully sourced and selected to ensure the freshest ingredients possible. We only use natural and organic ingredients therefore this mask is suitable for all skin types.
Although we formulate ethically with care, it is advisable that you consult your doctor before use if you are concerned about skin sensitivity. Just take a screenshot of our ingredients and ask your doctor if you could possibly be allergic to any of our ingredients on the list.
The mask has retinol in it. Will it cause sunburn?
Yes the mask does contain retinol and according to scientific sources it can cause skin thinning as it causes the skin to slightly shed in a process known as "skin cell renewal". Skin cell renewal is when the epidermis, the top layer of the skin, sheds the old skin and replaces it with new skin. As a result that causes the skin to temporarily be sensitive to sun rays. We always advise wearing a sunscreen with the protection of at least 30 spf. The option is totally up to the individual.
What is the shelf life?
The shelf life of the Blueberry Hydrogel Mask is 12 months. If separation occurs before time due to the nature of all-natural ingredients you can stir slightly to re-emulsify the ingredients. If the gel is watery it should be thrown out and you are welcome to contact customer service to resolve the issue.
How long is processing and shipping?
During normal schedules, we process orders in 24-48hrs. You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox that we have received your order. After fulfilling you will get a second email with shipping information to include your tracking number. Be sure to verify that you have an apartment number otherwise there will be delays as the postal carrier will not know where to deliver your package. If there is no apartment/suite number we ship USPS priority mail and therefore shipping should take 1-3 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation via email please check your spam or promotions box as these emails are sent automatically. Please reach out to customer service for further help if you have been unsuccessful in locating your confirmation or package.
*International orders will take up to 10 days. We are working diligently to ship more products overseas and reduce the shipping speed. We are in the process of expanding and will soon have 1-3 day shipping speed for international customers.
*First class mail can take up to 5 days sometimes
*Holiday schedule will vary and shipping times/speed will increase. Please check the website header as we will update customers via the header and email about holiday shipping times. We have no control over post office shipping times/speed. We can only adjust.
My package was damaged what do i do?
All packages are carefully wrapped and packed. We utilize flat-rate padded envelopes and USPS boxes. We will always stuff with additional padding. The post office receives thousands of packages and at times there will be damages. We understand this, so each package will have at least $50 shipping insurance and free replacement with pictures of damages on arrival. Unfortunately, with no pictures you will have to file a claim with the USPS which can be located here FILE A CLAIM.
Claims can be filed after 15 days and up to 60 days. Claims after 60 days will not be honored as they are outside of the claim period. Keep all of your documents to include the shipping label if legible. If you have any issues filing a claim and need help please reach out to us so that we can help you get your claim resolved.
Tracking shows delivered but I do not have the package?
Unfortunately, we can't possibly know where the post office placed your packaged however the good thing is that your tracking shows scans and updates. The presence of scans and updates on your tracking number means a physical package was in route to you. Most times the postal carrier will leave the package in 1 of several places:
1. Front office of a condo or apartment complex
2. A parcel locker located within your apartment complex
3. A parcel locker located at the local post office
4. Delivered to wrong address
5. Behind the desk at a post office
...worst case scenario the package was stolen. If your package was stolen you must contact us to start a claim with the post office or you can do it yourself at FILE A CLAIM.
*In rare cases there are no scans or updates. If this happens reach out to us immediately, there could be a possible oversight.
I placed my order and forgot to apply the discount code can you adjust my order?
Unfortunately, we can not go back and adjust orders to apply discount codes. We can however give a discount code for future orders should one be available. Please be mindful that once a card is charged we don't store card information therefore cannot go back and adjust that card's pre-authorization total.
