Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Business hours are 9-5pm PST. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm PST and on weekends will be processed on the next business day "Monday". You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been processed. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3 business days in order to retrieve the correct address and/or missing data.
